Pricing
Exterior window cleaning begins at $50 for smaller bungalows (the minimum call-out fee), with typical two-storey homes starting at $75. Interior prices are usually the same as the exterior.
Any service not requiring specialized equipment or tall ladders is billed at $50/hr (when not quoted beforehand). Siding and house washing (by hand or by water blaster) as well as Ladder work over 3 meters is $75/hr. We provide very accurate estimates on request. Typical house washing costs $125-150

The Harbour Bays window cleaning difference:
We use modified and improved internationally used commercial window cleaning methods to create our own unique running water system which is suitable for everything from small bungalows to three and four storey buildings, from elegant French panes to plate glass office windows.
Note: Windows should be closed prior to our visit whenever possible & some windows or homes may require old fashioned techniques to insure a professional job is done. Sometimes small drips occur after we leave, but we do our best to eliminate them, and feel the cleaning of surrounding window frames provides an overall superior job.
Water is run via hoses up strong, lightweight extendable poles, through a non-abrasive nylon brush that we use to wash off dust and dirt from the entire window, frames, casings and all.
After cleaning, the window is thoroughly rinsed and squeegeed, achieving a longer lasting clean since there’s less dirt to run onto your windows from the surrounding frame the next time it rains.
The HB system is largely ladderless, which makes it safer and more efficient than old fashioned methods. We only use mild, environmentally friendly detergents - safe for your home, children, pets and gardens.
